A meeting on prevention, prevention of extremism and terrorism, as well as features of extremist and terrorist organizations in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic was held in the meeting room of the Pervomaisky Akimiat.

The presentation was made by the operative of the service for countering extremism and illegal migration of the Bishkek Police Department, police captain Yuruslanbek Abdumannapov.

During the report, the staff of the Akimiat and LTA were introduced to the banned extremist and terrorist organizations in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.

At the moment, their number is 19 organizations:

• Hizb ut-Tahrir al Islami;

• Turkestan Liberation Organization;

• Islamic Party of East Turkestan;

• Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan;

• Al-Qaeda;

• The Taliban Movement;

• Kurdistan Workers' Party;

• Jihad Group (SID);

• Jaishul Mahdi;

• Jund al-Caliphate;

• Ansarulloh;

• At-Takfir Val-Khizhra;

• Acromia;

• The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant;

• Jabhat al-Nusra;

• Katibat al Imam al Bukhari;

• Zhannat Oshiklari;

• Jamaat at-Tawhid wal-Jihad;

• Yakyn-Inkar.

The current so-called "local" organizations are "Hizb ut-Tahrir al-Islami", "Akromiya", "Yakyn-Inkar" and "Jaishul-mahdi".

It should be noted that 11 mosques, 23 namazkana and 2 madrassas function in Pervomaisky district.
