The Municipal Inspectorate of Bishkek City Hall continues to record more and more cases of burning industrial, construction waste and leaves.


The day before, a case of environmental violation occurred in the Ak-Bosogo residential area. As it turned out, middle school students set fire to a pile of leaves collected in the evening. A report was drawn up on the parent of the student under Article 115, Part 3 of the Contravention Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The amount of fine amounted to 7,500 soms.


The next burning was established at the intersection of Patrice Lumumba Street and Deng Xiaoping Avenue. Workers of the individual entrepreneur Ergeshov U.T. collected in two piles of solid domestic waste, construction waste and began to burn it. After an explanatory conversation, the worker put out the fire, and a protocol was drawn up against the legal entity under Article 115 part 3 of the Kyrgyz Republic Code of Offenses.


Dear citizens, entrepreneurs and organizations! Please observe the rules of landscaping in the adjacent territory, do not throw out and do not burn garbage in unidentified places. According to the rules of improvement of the capital all citizens are obliged to keep the adjacent territory within 10 meters clean.
