Mayor Aibek Dzhunushaliev met with the diplomatic representative of AKDN in the Kyrgyz Republic Barkat Fazal in the capital municipality.

The head of the capital outlined the importance of developing mutually beneficial cooperation with the Aga Khan Development Foundation Organization and stressed the readiness of the municipality to promptly solve problems.

Aibek Dzhunushaliev expressed hope for cooperation in the organization of the Mayors' Forum on exchange of experience, scheduled for September 2024.

At the meeting they discussed the improvement of the green fund of the capital (renovation), in turn, Barkat Fazal added that AKDN planted trees in Pervomaysky district.

In addition, the parties discussed the work of the municipality in the framework of the ongoing administrative-territorial reform and the prospects of cooperation in this direction.

At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed gratitude for the conversation and hope for further mutually beneficial cooperation.
