By the order of the Mayor's Office of Bishkek city from April 4, 2024 on the territory of the capital removed the emergency regime.


March 28, 2024 on the territory of Bishkek city there was a wind with a speed of 18-26 m/s. By the order of the Mayor's office of Bishkek city from March 28, 2024 № 86 from March 28, 2024 in the territory of Bishkek city emergency regime was introduced.


The leading staff of the Civil Protection management bodies was timely notified, commissions for Civil Protection of districts and municipal services of the Mayor's Office of Bishkek City conducted intensive work in their areas in the field.


Mobile groups from among district administrations, city services and municipal enterprises were organized, which worked in a reinforced mode to survey the territories and identify the consequences. On the morning of March 29 in the capital there were no obstacles on the roads. Public transport worked in a normal mode.


It should be noted that the city services promptly took measures to eliminate the consequences of strong wind.  


As a result of incidents during the squally wind in Bishkek, 10 people were injured. 144 fallen trees, 13 damaged cars were recorded.


The roof of 101 objects was damaged, including 37 social, 54 residential houses and other objects.  


Trolleybus lines were damaged at 4 sites and breaks of outdoor lighting lines were detected at 10 sites.


To eliminate the consequences of the emergency situation, 31 special equipment and 143 employees were involved from ME "Tazalyk", 21 units of special equipment were involved from ME "Bishkekzelenstroy". Also, 12 brigades of the Eastern RES and 10 brigades of the Northern RES were involved for liquidation.


According to the results of the work of the commissions for civil protection of the districts of the Mayor's Office of Bishkek, the estimated damage amounted to 16,749,923 (sixteen million seven hundred forty-nine thousand nine hundred twenty-three) soms.
